Barry M: Lemon Ice Cream

If you don't already know by now, Barry M has quickly become one of my favorite European nail polish brands (among others: Catrice, Essence, TEEZ, GOSH etc)

Click here in case you missed my Barry M Swap post.

Today I wanted to show you Lemon Ice Cream from Barry M.

3 Coats

Flash

Like most yellows, they are a bit tricky to apply and Lemon Ice Cream was no exception. The first coat was extremely sheer and a tad streaky, but smoothed out as I applied the second coat. I needed 3 coats to reach the opacity in the above images. How should I put this; it's tricky to apply, but it isn't the worst yellow I've ever come across. ;)

I've never come across any brush issues with nail polishes and Barry M does not disappoint.

If you've seen any of my previous Barry M posts, you know that I love them for their brilliant shine without a topcoat.

If I'm not mistaken, there are 3 other "Ice Cream" polishes(Berry,Strawberry,&Blueberry). I have them all and swatches of those will be up in the near future. Please let me know if I'm missing any or if newer polishes have been released.

As always, hope this helps & happy shopping.

Do you own Barry M Lemon Ice Cream? Have anything similar? What are your thoughts?! I'd love to know down below!

  1. I have always wanted to own something from Barry M because I wanted to try something from the famous makeup artist's own line
