Review: bigRuby Nail Tattoos (picture heavy)

Remember those temporary tattoos that we would play w/ as kids? Each tattoo was unique and it was simple to use, cool, and super fun to play around with. Ahhh, memories! :) Nail tattoos would be cool too, right? Today, I'm happy to inform you that bigRuby was kind enough to send me a few of their nail tattoos and a top coat to review! I've never seen any reviews, so I'm super excited to share these with you all!  Here are a few pics!

Naill tattoos: $12.00 ea

"bigRuby is a clever little company that designs supercool nail tattoos.  We give you a simple way to take an average mani or pedi and turn it into something unique, creative and fun. When you buy a bigRuby product, a portion of the proceeds will go to The Kindness Ranch (a sanctuary for research animals) as well as other animal rescues.  bigRuby supports their heroic efforts in protecting those with no voice." -bigrubytattoos.com

The name really does speak for itself! A few seconds after application and BAM!, it's dry! It also gives off a high gloss finish!

This pack consists of butterflies, feathers, lady bugs, and floral tattoos. It has a very clean, feminine look on my nails.

My favorite out of the three! This is also what I am wearing and reviewing down below.

This is the most fun out of the bunch! *sings Katy Perry's E.T. song* =)

Preparation
First, I applied my NailTek base coat, then I applied 2 coats of Sally Hansen's Mint Sorbet. Allow to completely dry.

Next, I cut out the tattoos for each nail. The smaller you cut the tattoos, the easier it will be to apply and position onto your nails.

Then, I took a cotton round and saturated it with cold water. I found that the more wet, the better.

Application
First, I positioned the tattoo onto my nail. Then, I applied the wet cotton round and pressed on the nail for 5-7 seconds. Make sure to thoroughly wet and press the nail. Let set and dry for a few seconds, then add two coats of the Super Dry top coat. I just had to add the mascot! So, cute! =)

Presentation
Voila! The middle finger is my favorite! I added more tattos because I felt it looked a little plain with one on each nail, but that's just me. ;)

Overall: If you are a beginner with nail art, need something quick and fun, or want something that looks like you spent a fortune, I really recommend bigRuby nail tattoos. The instructions were simple and to the point. I had no trouble with application and the tattoos transferred very smoothly onto my nails. Another thing that I love about these it that, you can't see any clear film/outlines around the design, like you get with stickers or other nail decals. They are cruelty free and have no offensive smell; actually, they have no smell at all! As for the longevity, I have been wearing these for three days now and I can honestly say, that I have not experienced any peeling or chipping from the tattoos, whatsoever. I've gotten plenty of compliments and I even applied the Garden collection onto my mom's nails! =)

As always, hope this helps and happy shopping!

Have you tried any of bigRuby's tattoos? What are your thoughts? I'd love to know down below!

These products were kindly sent to me from the "above" company for review purposes. I am not being compensated to give out any information/reviews. My reviews are, and forever will be 100% honest opinions based on my experience/knowledge with each product mentioned.
